What you will do
As a Security Compliance Specialist you will be driving a structured and efficient approach to evaluating our clients OT security controls from both a technical and an organizational perspective in light of the new European NIS2 directive. You will be leading client workshops and gathering detailed information on the current OT security environment via in-depth interviews and detailed questionnaires. You will be responsible for assessing our clients’ current operational environment, identifying gaps and providing recommendations for mitigating actions.
You will ensure that industry best practices are incorporated into client recommendations and participate in NIS2 communities of interest. Finally, you might act as a liaison to the client´s implementation team following the assessment.
Key responsabilities
- Develop and carry out best practice NIS2 assessment of customers’ OT security set-up
- Drive client workshops, interviews and collect evidence to establish the “as-is” analysis
- Cooperate closely with the customer on-site, gathering documentation for analysis and understanding the current OT security landscape.
- Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations (in writing) to achieve compliance with the directive.
- Act as subject matter expert on NIS2 directive and provide interpretations – and cyber security regulation in general
What you bring
- Degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

What you will work on
As an MES Digital Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in leading and delivering our MES project teams’ overall success. Our aim is to improve the efficiency of all manufacturing-related processes for our clients in the Life Science industry. You will play a central role and be directly involved in driving growth within these digital transformation activities.
You will already be a competent MES Engineer/Associate Manager with ten years or more relevant industry experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to Lead teams & shape client solutions while enhancing your skills working alongside our Senior MES team, IT/OT team, Digital Transformation team, & Project Managers. We are seeking experienced and driven Senior Information and Operations Technology (IT/OT) Engineers to join our Operations team. The IT/OT Engineer will create and implement solutions to improve operational performance, support and enhance capability, and deliver and maintain technology systems in the manufacturing facilities.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Information & Operations Technology (IT/OT) Engineer to join our Operations team. The IT/OT Engineer will be responsible for creating and implementing solutions to improve operational performance, support and enhance capability and, deliver and maintain technology systems in the manufacturing facilities.
