Our diligent and dedicated CEO draws upon a wealth of experience obtained over more than 16 years in international management, project management, sales and operations within IT and automation. Martin bridges the gap between management interests and the technical community: his professional background includes practical training as an engineer, while he also holds a degree in Engineering Business Administration (EBA).

With a keen eye for getting to the core of matters, Martin masters the art of keeping simplicity at the fore, even in complex matters. Through flawless execution and strong integrity, he and his team deliver high-quality results. With many years of experience working in an international environment, Martin always maintains a positive attitude and embraces change and cross-cultural work environments.

Pau is a lawyer with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. With over 20 years of experience in different sectors such as banking, legal advice and public administration, Pau oversees all aspects of the company’s operations in Spain, including strategic planning, business development, financial management, human resources and team leadership. He is highly skilled in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Yvonne is a Life Sciences professional with over 25 years of industry experience. She has a blend of technical leadership skills and the proven ability to develop people and lead technical projects. Most recently, Yvonne has been a Director with Accenture, where she led the MES Operations team in Ireland, where she was responsible for client delivery, recruitment, employee engagement, and communications. She has a wealth of knowledge in pharmaceutical technical operations, including Process Development Lead, delivering a bio-pharma packaging facility for Amgen in Dublin Operations Director, setting up a Contract Manufacturing packaging facility with responsibility for delivering business growth with responsibility for operations, supply chain and engineering.

With a career spanning over 25 years in engineering and consultancy companies, Morten has developed knowledge and experience that allows him to bring a professional edge and in-depth understanding of clients’ needs. He has been involved in every aspect of sales and operations, aspiring to and succeeding in achieving high-level growth.His academic track record, especially an MBA in Technology, Management and Organization, combined with his background in engineering has aided his understanding of how to progress in markets from an industry perspective. His keen interest in the life sciences industry, his passion for cutting-edge technology and his strong service ethos has allowed him to build an excellent network of contacts and become an advisor within the industry.

Carolina holds a degree in Journalism and has over two decades of professional experience in communication. Much of her career has been in television, first as a reporter and later as a news anchor. She has also worked in written media and as a scriptwriter for several radio programmes. After studying online marketing and communication, she worked for several start-up companies. At ProjectBinder, she is responsible for the marketing and communication department, managing the company’s corporate image and creating written and audiovisual content.

As an engineer, Poul has over 20 years of experience in industrial automation and digitalization. He is an expert in strategic sales, business development and thought leadership, passionate about enabling new technologies such as Digital Twins, Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Operations. Poul strongly believes in innovations pushing the borders and harvesting the benefits. At ProjectBinder, he leads a highly skilled team of engineers who develop innovative projects to meet the needs of each client.

Soren joins ProjectBinder as Head of IT/OT Security. He comes with 20 years’ experience in IT, with a decade focusing on Information- and Cybersecurity. Soren is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a certified ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert. He has worked in the public and private sectors, most recently in the oil and gas industry, where his primary focus was OT Cybersecurity. At ProjectBinder, he will manage the company’s portfolio for security-related services and internal security and be a trusted security advisor for our clients.

David is an experienced director in the MES area with a proven track record working in the pharmaceutical industry. He is skilled in people management, business process, IT service management, IT strategy, project portfolio management and outsourcing. At ProjectBinder, David heads the development of the MES/Analytics and Serialisation team. He is based in the Station North, but his MES competencies job is also in the Station South, Spain.

Sara is an IT professional with more than 25 years of experience working in the IT industry, as well as experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sara is a senior consultant who works primarily in manufacturing IT project management. She has a thorough knowledge of leading international projects to implement standard and centralised IT solutions for Novo Nordisk, among other companies. Sara is efficient and agile and focuses on short- and long-term strategies. Her keen interest and skills in stakeholder and change management mean technical solutions can be understood by everyone.

Erik is an IT architect with more than 20 years of experience within the IT industry. Erik is adept at designing and working with clients to achieve solid and secure solutions within manufacturing IT. In recent years, he has played a leading role in a large-scale, complex and international project within a pharmaceutical company. Erik’s primary field of competence is the network and IT infrastructure with solutions that provide increased IT security, connectivity and manageability.

Pauline joins ProjectBinder as Project Director. She comes with over 20 years of hands-on experience in project management and people leadership within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Proven expertise in seamlessly bridging IT and business requirements in manufacturing, consistently delivering IT and digital solutions in complex global environments. Proficient in IT and digital strategy definition and execution within manufacturing and R&D. Experienced in portfolio management, driving strategic alignment, prioritization, and resource optimization to achieve overarching organizational objectives.

Stephen is responsible for developing and implementing OT and IT solutions for our customers. This includes guidance and solution building with customers, site installation of automation and IT solutions, documentation and support. He has 24 years of specification, design and commissioning experience with safety instrumented systems and automation systems, both offshore and onshore, including over 13 years of systems integration experience. He has further knowledge in the pharmaceutical GMP field, working with IT solutions, IT security, and machinery automation. He is a certified TÜV Functional Safety Engineer.

Constantin is an IT and security engineer with over 19 years of international experience in diverse service, retail and healthcare settings, working with various networking and information systems. He has profound knowledge of IT security applications, standards and policies, as well as augmented and virtual environments.

Mikkel has 15 years of experience in pharma and industrial automation and has three education qualifications: automation technician, electrician, and automation technologist. With his powerful energy, he can solve, lead, and execute whatever awaits him. He understands every detail necessary for production and manufacturing, including troubleshooting, IT/OT architecture, design, strategy, and production. Project management for small-medium cap projects, with the capability to advise you and your company to ensure the best solution.

Henrik comes with more than 20 years of international leadership experience working in the supply of applications to the heavy industry and power sector. For many years, Henrik has used and developed his skill set within international leadership and people management, as shown by his successful management of a full global setup covering sales, proposals, supply chain, project management, field services, warranty and technical service/support.

Ruben is a PLC and robot programmer with over 12 years of international experience working with all automatic systems in diverse manufacturing and production environments. He has a robust knowledge of automation processes, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a dynamic and proactive personality. He also has experience in the pharmaceutical and automotive industry.

Charlotte holds more than 20 years of experience in the pharma industry, the last years as Project Manager in various manufacturing and business areas of aseptic pharmaceutical production. With this experience, she has an ability to analyze business viability and dependencies internally and externally in OT/IT implementation or improvement projects also adding a high level of stakeholder management during the process. At ProjectBinder she joins the team as Senior Project Manager.

At ProjectBinder Lena is a Project Manager for Quality-related issues related to validation and installation of new production equipment and MES system.
She has experience in validating IT systems and process equipment as QA responsible, locale QA for the Insulin Laboratory (Chemistry & Microbial) and project member in cross-organisational projects concerning IT systems and laboratory projects.

Simon Emil has a Degree from EUC Syd in Automation/production. He has four years of experience as an Automation Technician.

At ProjectBinder, he works as an Automation Consultant, carrying out consultancy tasks and implementing operation technology (OT) and information technology (IT) solutions for our customers.

Annette has more than 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in both, production support and projects related to verification of packaging processes, equipment and IT solutions. She has a wide knowledge of PAS-X and Paper-On-Glass implementations in packaging areas, including the accompanying documentation. Especially in the harmonization of processes across departments and simplification through the preparation of rationales and in implementation of serialization. At ProjectBinder she works with compliance/validation projects and MES solutions.

Álvaro has a deep technical understanding of both IT and OT architectures. He has experience in both project development and implementation. He has been working with a wide variety of platforms and technologies with a great focus on Emulate3D and .NET. Álvaro is certified as well as PAS-X and TraceLink consultant.

Asger joins our team with two decades of experience in the pharma industry, working primarily as an MES specialist responsible for designing and developing solutions and architectural vision for the MES domain.

As ProjectBinder works with the pharma and biotech industries, our consultants, as Asger, build outstanding industry-specific competencies to service clients of all sizes.

Emil has a Bachelor’s degree from the Aarhus School of Technology Management and Marine Engineering. He has experience as a Technology Consultant with a technical focus on process (PlantPAx) and digitalization (ThingWorx, Vuforia and Emulate3D), supporting Strategic OT and IoT Initiatives. At ProjectBinder, he works as a Technology Consultant and OT Subject Matter Expert, carrying out consultancy tasks and implementation of operation technology (OT) and information technology (IT) solutions for our customers.

Markus has more than 13 years of experience with IT/OT in the life sciences industry and has worked in different roles and projects, all around the world. He has tons of knowledge about IT/OT for manufacturing and how to select, design, implement and operate systems like MES in a complex system and process landscapes, considering industry best practices and regulatory compliance. At ProjectBinder he supports different projects mainly in the role of a Senior MES Specialist.

Vanessa specializes in machine-to-machine communication and is our resident OPC UA specialist. Beyond being well-versed in SCADA and IIoT solutions, she is also a skilled software developer with a background in embedded electronics and a keen interest in everything from devices and sensors to level 3 systems. With a passion for interoperability, she always looks for the best fit and the most maintainable solution that matches good data management practices. Vanessa achieved her engineering degree from the Technical University of Denmark, where she specialized in automation and robotics.

Sophia brings more than ten years of project management experience from global projects, mainly in the Pharma Industry. She has a thorough knowledge of organizational change management and the challenges and solutions to ensure the right fit between IT solutions, administrative processes, and people capabilities. At ProjectBinder, Sophia primarily works as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant on MES-related projects.

Anders holds more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working with IT compliance, IT implementation projects, quality assurance, compliance and supplier audits. Furthermore, Anders has a background as a software engineer working with all aspects of process automation and brings his total experience within software and quality to 35 years.

Jacob has worked in the field of industrial automation for four years. His experience also covers software like ThingWorx and VersionDog, to mention some of them. At ProjectBinder he will work as a Technology Consultant and OT Subject Matter Expert, carrying out tasks of consultancy and implementation of operation technology (OT) and information technology (IT) solutions for our customers.

Josefine holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School. She has several years of experience working within the Life Science industry and is passionate about bridging the gap between IT, business, and people. At ProjectBinder, she works as a Digital Transformation Analyst in the MES team.

Lasse has more than 30 years of experience in Automation (SAS) Control System/Instrument projects for the Oil and gas Industry. He has a broad knowledge of various control systems like ABB, Honeywell, Allan Bradley, and Siemens within Logic and HMI programming.

At ProjectBinder, he is responsible for developing and implementing DCS operation technology (OT) and information technology (IT) solutions for our customers.

Britt has almost 20 years of experience in the regulated industry – food, aviation, and pharma. She is skilled in people management, stakeholder management and bridging business and technology. Britt has implemented centralized and standardized solutions within the production and regulatory affairs areas and has, furthermore during several years, worked within IT Strategy, project portfolio management and business processes.

Alberto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a double master’s degree in Polytechnic University of Valencia (MSc Industrial Engineering) and Technical University of Denmark (MSc Electrical Engineering). He has a strong background in most industrial technologies, especially in automation and robotics. Also, since he has been involved in a Hyperloop student team, he is used to innovation and research environments. His experience also covers software for diverse applications such as robotic simulations, programming, 3D Computer Design or FEM analysis. At ProjectBinder, he works in Digital Twins and their relationship with Machine Safety.

Lars is an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the medical device industry. He has a astrong program and project management professional skills in Business processes, IT Strategy, .NET Framework, Software Documentation, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Lars specifically enjoys Organization Change Management and working with Business Owners to realize the potential of an IT-supported change.

Asger is an MSc. Engineer in Mechanics, intensely interested in dynamics, robotics, controls, automation, FEM, and simulations. He joins ProjectBinder Digital Twin Team, where he is a competent group member with attention to teamwork, communication, strategy, and execution. A curious mind with a passion for technology and innovation who strive to gain new skills and experience and is excited to face new challenges.

Shawn is an experienced software systems engineer with a heavy focus on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices. He holds a degree in Marine Systems Engineering while he finishes his Master of Science in Software Development. Shawn possesses a wide knowledge of industrial automation/control systems and software product development over his current 9-year professional span. Shawn overall enjoys driving engineering teams to success, focused on organizational excellence and championing transformations (agile, productivity engineering, CI/CD, etc). In his role at ProjectBinder, Shawn works on developing digital twins in close collaboration with customers to enable unique and innovative IT/OT solutions.

Alejandro has a double degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan which has introduced him to the Smart Grid’s world. Currently, he is focused on automation control systems as ABB’s control systems. His multidisciplinary studies gave him great adaptability to different fields and tasks. He loves new challenges, improving his soft skills, and discovering new fields and work realities.

Kristian is a Computer Science technician with experience in software design and development using popular methodologies. Works with thing modelling, visualising data, and creating front-end user-profiles and experiences. Keen in challenging environments, using modern software and technologies as tools to solve problems.

Liv has a master’s degree in veterinary medicine. She has a broad knowledge of compliance in a veterinary setting and joins ProjectBinder as a project and compliance consultant.

Raafiu joins our team with more than 10 years of MES experience within the pharma industry. He has experience in several aspects of the MES life cycle including developing, recipe designing and implementing various MES solutions. At ProjectBinder he supports pharma customers in the role of MES Specialist for deploying MES projects.

Joseph has 8 years of experience in MES consultancy in the Life Sciences Industry.
He has a wide knowledge of MBR Design, Warehouse management and System administration in PAS-X and integration to ERP and L2 systems. Joseph has experience working as MES lead to implement and validate MES solutions across various pharmaceutical sites.
At ProjectBinder he works as an MES Specialist on various projects.

Kasper brings extensive expertise in developing innovative methodologies for automated monitoring, leveraging advanced statistical techniques. At ProjectBinder, he works on cutting-edge projects, contributing his expertise to refine statistical surveillance methodologies and improve the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Kasper plays a pivotal role in advancing statistical approaches to investigate product behaviour and perform predictive maintenance, aligning with ProjectBinder’s commitment to innovative solutions in manufacturing.

Ivan has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Automation from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.

He is passionate about automation, robotics, programming and management.

He joins ProjectBinder to be part of the digital twin team at the Spanish office in Valencia.

Guja joins ProjectBinder as a Senior Project Manager with more than two decades of experience in the financial sector. She has spent the last ten years as a branch manager and the previous six years as a project manager, overseeing complex cross-border projects. Her experience includes project planning, stakeholder management, people leadership, curriculum design, individual presentation skills training, and facilitating team collaboration workshops.

Klaus joins Project Binder as a Senior MES specialist with over 20 years of experience. He has a broad knowledge of MES and DCS Design, Implementation, and Validation, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry. He also has experience teaching and likes the role of a mentor for new talents. At Project Binder, he works on Novo Nordisk projects, Implementing PASX solutions in DAPI and BioPharm.

Mike has 15 years of experience in industrial Automation. He has vast knowledge and expertise in material handling, project development and implementation in Machine safety, automation control systems, Solution Designs and Digitalization. At ProjectBinder, he works as a Digital Twin developer, creating Digital Twins of the machinery for faster commissioning on site.

Christa has been bridging Tech and People for the past 15 years, most of which is within the pharmaceutical industry. She has had several roles in this field as a transformation manager, organizational change lead, project manager, scrum master, etc. On top of project assignments, Christa is a dedicated trainer keen on upskilling tech professionals to understand the human side of tech and, thus, how to become even better advisors. She holds a Master of Science in Economics and is a certified coach and SAFe Program Consultant certified.

Jens holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management focusing on manufacturing technology from the University of Southern Denmark. His main competencies lie in process optimization, automation and digitalization of production facilities. At ProjectBinder, he works as an IT/OT engineer focused on IT and automation in the process of implementing new manufacturing equipment for our customers.

Mads joins Project Binder as IT/OT Project Manager. He is a natural, passion-driven project team player with tremendous and broad experience in pharma-, life science- & dairy-IT/OT projects. Also, Mads is vastly driven by personal development goals and holds an EBA. At Project Binder, Mad’s daily challenges consist of IT/OT project work with many sub-headlines, including idea phase work, pre-project staging, executing phases, commissioning, validation, and handover phases.

Satyam holds a bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Surrey. He has a broad knowledge of simulation software to design and optimise new solutions. He has become an expert in building Digital Twins in the manufacturing and material handling industries. At ProjectBinder, he works on building Digital Twins before virtually commissioning them.

Hjalte has over three years of experience with hardware, machine testing and documentation in the pharma industry. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in production from Aalborg university. As a result, he has comprehensive system and process knowledge from the pharma and electrical industries. Hjalte also has experience with GMP, FAT, SAT and electrical documentation. At ProjectBinder, he works on digital twins, machine implementation and commission projects.

Kasper joins our team bringing more than 15 years of automation experience, primarily from the field of food and the pharmaceutical industry. He holds extensive knowledge in big-scale process development, including optimization and validation. Kasper is passionate about finding best-practice solutions in any given development process and has a keen eye for customer needs. As a natural extension here, he has obtained a broad range of knowledge concerning hardware and software technologies, ensuring a great variety of perspectives in any given OT process. He loves and is curious about new software development and is skilled in the field of electronic and 3D design. At ProjectBinder he works as an OT specialist focused on the automation process in new and existing systems.

Kevin is an IT/OT professional with more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Application and technology. He has a broad knowledge of application system architecture, recipe design, validation, interface development among ERP, MES and DCS, and report design & development. Kevin also has experience on cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS. At ProjectBinder, he works as a MES Specialist on MES system-relevant projects.

Anja has over fifteen years of experience in IT Projects, people management and operations. She has gained a broad knowledge and experience in stakeholder management and customer relationships and is responsible for projects and transformation, plans, budgets, KPI and SLA and contract management. Anja also holds the following certifications: Prince2 Agile Practitioner, Prosci – Change Management, ITIL 4 IT Service Management, SAFe Agilist and has years of experience working in an Agile setup. At ProjectBinder, she oversees operations in Denmark and works on various projects.

Julian has a degree in Mathematical Modelling and Computing. He has a broad knowledge of cloud computing related to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and event-driven architecture. Julian also knows data modelling in SQL and Graph databases. At ProjectBinder, he works as a Cloud Architect and designs applications to optimise manufacturing processes.

Lars is an experienced Quality Compliance consultant validating pharmaceutical equipment and utilities. He holds a degree in Environmental Chemistry and vast knowledge of quality assurance of the documentation flow for a complete validation setup. Lars also has experience in ensuring document flow, keeping structure within projects, and ensuring good communication between different parts of projects. At ProjectBinder, he works on projects involving validation documentation or as a quality compliance consultant.

Anna has completed her BSc in General Engineering: Cyber Systems, where she specializes in software/programming. She is taking a break from her studies and is joining the IT/OT team as a student assistant, but she will also support the Tulip team.

Nikolaos has a Master of Science degree in Autonomous Systems from the Technical University of Denmark and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. With four years of experience in the industrial automation field, his expertise lies in developing, deploying, and maintaining SCADA systems, PLCs, and control systems. At ProjectBinder, he works as an IT/OT Engineer specializing in SCADA solutions.

Mette holds a master’s degree in Learning, IT and Organizational Change from Aalborg University and is certified in PAS-X.
Mette has worked within the field of Nutrition and Health for 4 years and has a broad knowledge of sustainability in that area.

Magnus holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. With previous experience as a development engineer, he possesses valuable expertise in designing, developing, and implementing automated systems for industrial applications. He is deeply passionate about embedded systems, AI, IoT, IIoT, and software development. At ProjectBinder, Magnus works as an IT/OT Engineer, helping bridge the gap between operational technology and information technology systems. He focuses on developing and integrating solutions that improve connectivity, automation, and efficiency.

Álvaro holds a BSc in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Granada and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Denmark. At ProjectBinder, he works as a Digital Transformation Analyst in the MES team. His professional journey includes impactful work in the pharmaceutical industry, bringing a wealth of experience from a CDMO environment. At ProjectBinder, Álvaro harnesses his passion for sustainable solutions and continuous improvement, applying his expertise to enhance the integration of MES systems and drive digital innovation in life sciences.

Esteban has 2 years of experience in Machine Learning, including developing Computer Vision models and deploying models over edge devices in industrial facilities. He joined ProjectBinder as a data scientist specialist. He has a broad knowledge of Python, including PyTorch and OpenCV. At ProjectBinder, he works on pattern recognition of signals for event triggering and data extraction and manipulation pipelines. This position aligns with the company’s digitalisation area, contributing to the overall implementation efforts within this core impact area.

Anders joins ProjectBinder as Sr. Project Manager and Team Manager for engineers and technical staff within machine, process and product development. He has previous experience leading projects in America, Asia and Europe. His fields of expertise are Life Science, Pharma, food and beverage industry.

Freja has a master’s degree in Communication and Cultural Change Management, a PRINCE2 certification, and a SAFe Agilist certification. She joins our team with 8 years of experience in financial IT and Pharmaceutical IT/OT. She has a broad knowledge of leading highly specialized teams and organizations through IT/OT changes.At ProjectBinder, she works as a Senior IT/OT Project Manager.

Joshua joins ProjectBinder as an IT/OT Engineer. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Autonomous Systems from the Technical University of Denmark. Joshua also brings three years of professional work experience from Accenture in India and is passionate about AI, Cloud Computing and IoT. His curiosity and enthusiasm for technical innovation positions him to play a crucial role in the growth of ProjectBinder’s IT/OT business area.

Stergios joins ProjectBinder with experience in control systems design and automation. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), Greece, and a Master’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Aalborg University (AAU), Denmark. Previously, he worked in control systems design, testing, standardization, and commissioning virtually and on-site in the logistics industry. Stergios joins ProjectBinder as an IT/OT Engineer on digital twin development and virtual commissioning projects.

Henrik joins ProjectBinder as an experienced IT/OT architect with a proven track record of delivery. Henrik has a formal network and infrastructure technician background and a B.Sc. in Web Development. He has complimented his IT education with courses in LEAN, project management, change management, GDPR, IT security, etc. Henrik has always taken responsibility for his employer’s most business-critical systems, from designing, programming, and scaling core IT/OT systems at startups to securing, integrating, hardening, and improving the reliability of legacy systems in some genuinely global companies and government institutions.

Alex joins ProjectBinder as an IT/OT Engineer with over three years of experience implementing DeltaV (Emerson DCS) software in the pharmaceutical industry. He has a Master’s in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. He has an excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical processes (upstream and downstream) and utilities. He also has experience with the validation of Automation solutions following GAMP. At ProjectBinder, he works as a Process Automation Engineer in DeltaV projects for the pharmaceutical industry.

Andreas is a student assistant and is studying mechanical engineering at DTU. At ProjectBinder, he takes care of various administrative and ad hoc tasks while also being part of the Tulip team, where he develops digitalized logbooks for pharmaceutical companies. Andreas is passionate about finding solutions that help the customer and loves to play around with the technical side of the job.

Krzysztof holds a master’s in mechanics and machine construction, specialising in mechatronics and mechanical engineering. The focus is mainly on developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PLC, SCADA, and control systems. He is accustomed to working independently and with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals. Krzysztof joins the Project Binder team as an IT/OT Engineer, and with his passion and knowledge, he supports the customer in delivering robust automation solutions to the market.

Christian has over 25 years of experience in high-technology product and business development across large and small companies. He brings expertise in mechanical product development and R&D management. His background includes coordinating complex product development involving mechanics, electronics, sensors, and software. His fundamental interests lie in R&D, product and production management, helping companies build new ventures based on technology innovation, and integrating multiple technical disciplines into high-technology products for New business development.

Henrik has over 22 years of experience working with IT and OT systems. He joined ProjectBinder as a compliance specialist, hoping to use his passion for precision and flexible mindset to solve our customers’ problems or needs.

Lars joins ProjectBinder with over 20 years of diversified experience in IT, encompassing leadership, innovation, development, operations, consulting, and entrepreneurship. His Master’s in Computer Science and expertise as an IT Project Lead make him an excellent asset in managing current and future projects in collaboration with our clients.

Nesco is a Business Consultant and Senior Project Manager with over 25 years of experience. His expertise is mainly in strategies for implementing corporate IT solutions. He has strong negotiation skills and broad experience in Project Management, System Management, and Transition Management. His solid technical insight in IT infrastructure is due to my many years of work as a Technical consultant before changing focus to leading projects. ProjectBinder’s customers will benefit from his expertise in building profitable relationships, business acumen, and problem-solving strength.

Pradeep joins us as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Program Management, ABAP developments, and SAP Master Data Management. He has proven expertise in end-to-end project management, including requirement gathering, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support. Pradeep is a hands-on technical lead with a global perspective and a strong focus on teamwork and motivation. During his career, he has successfully implemented numerous solutions across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, automotive, and product manufacturing.

Sigita is a dynamic professional with expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and business management. She has an MSc in Computer Science and Business, complemented by hands-on experience in software development and validation. She has broad knowledge of SUP, Scrum, and XP methodologies. As a Proactive problem-solver, she strongly focuses on quality and innovation. Sigita joined ProjectBinder to reinforce our compliance department.

Jose joins ProjectBinder as an IT/OT Engineer in the Travel Team. He is based in Spain but spends most of his time travelling to customers’ sites when needed. He has a degree in telematic engineering and a broad knowledge of IP networks and related protocols, as well as cloud computing and programming. He also has experience in project implementation and development, as well as team coordination and working in multidisciplinary environments. He loves learning about new technologies, travelling worldwide and facing new challenges.

Dhia holds a degree in Internet of Things for companies and intelligent industries and broad knowledge about cybersecurity, networks, and automation. He also has experience with Cisco devices and Linux, as well as network maintenance and control. He joins the ProjectBinder teams as an IT/OT Engineer and works on consultancy and implementing OT and IT networks for our customers.

Arsalan joins ProjectBinder as an IT/OT Engineer. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, specializing in autonomous systems. He is passionate about AI, IoT, automation, and robotics and has 3 years of experience in various IT fields. His collaborative approach and ability to bridge the gap between IT and OT will foster a more integrated and cohesive technology environment. His dedication to leveraging emerging technologies will contribute to the growth of the IT/OT department at ProjectBinder.

Eoghan joins ProjectBinder as a MES Associate Manager Based in Ireland. He has a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University College of Cork and over 3.5 years of experience in MES implementation projects. He has a broad knowledge of the PAS-X system, SAP EWM, and other MES applications.

Jose has 25 years of experience in the audiovisual world as a cameraman and broadcast operator. With a higher degree in audiovisuals, he began his career in Valencian regional television. He worked on the Olympic channel during Rio’16 and participated in events such as Formula E or La Liga (Spanish Football Championship). At Projectbinder, Jose will be in charge of ensuring the quality of our audiovisual projects.

Carlos is a certified Computer Engineer from UPV who focuses on networks, cybersecurity, and data privacy. His academic journey includes international experience, having conducted lab research at Georgia Tech, which improved his technical skills and global perspective. Carlos joins the ProjectBinder team as an IT/OT Engineer, where he will be part of the Travel Team. In this role, he will use his experience to support various projects across different locations, ensuring the implementation of secure and efficient technological solutions.

Oriol is an Industrial Engineer with dual Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Structures and Construction from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). He possesses extensive knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, and Business Strategy. He has joined the ProjectBinder team as a Digital Transformation Analyst. Oriol brings significant experience in implementing new digital technologies within the manufacturing sector. At ProjectBinder, Oriol is involved in MES implementation projects, where he integrates digital technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Carlos joins the ProjectBinder team as an IT/OT Engineer. He holds a degree in Industrial Technology Engineering and has a broad knowledge of Instrumentation and Control systems within the petrochemical industry. He joins ProjectBinder’s Travel Team to better assist our customers when implementing projects on-site.

Henriette is a certified Computerized System Validation (CSV) specialist with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has extensive expertise in Validation and Compliance, particularly within the GxP framework. As a Senior Compliance Specialist at ProjectBinder, Henriette ensures regulatory adherence and system integrity, leveraging her deep knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Pilar has more than twenty years of experience working in the financial departments of several companies in different business areas, the last one being a company that designs its baby products and sells them worldwide. As a result, she has a vast knowledge of the accounting process, billing, financial reports, cash flow management and tax-related issues. She also has experience in export and import transactions and requirements. At Project Binder, she works in the financial department, being involved in accounting and focused on improving the tools to make the economic process more efficient and automated.

Francisco has strong financial and accounting knowledge that he applies to his work in the economic and human resources department. In addition, he carries out administrative and support tasks for all engineers in their many international projects.

Sara has 15 years of experience in Administration and Finance Roles. She has a wide knowledge of calendar management, coordinating international travel, assembling research reports for financial specialists, managing the Onboarding process and improving internal processes. She also has experience as an EYFS Teacher. At ProjectBinder, she works in the Administration Department.

Alla joins the ProjectBinder team as a Financial Specialist. She holds a degree in economics and certification as an International Financial Reporting Standards specialist and a broad knowledge of Financial Management. She also has experience in a public pharmaceutical company as an IFRS specialist and Financial manager in a trading company. At ProjectBinder, Alla works in Accounting.

Aideen joins the ProjectBinder team as HR and Finance Administrator. She holds a Diploma in Business Studies and Office Information Systems and has 6 years of experience in Accounting, Sales, and HR. She has 10 years of experience with Project Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry and is an experienced Project Manager in Clinical Trials, Oncology, and Diabetes, Phase I, II, and III. At ProjectBinder, Aideen works on Onboarding and Irish Accounting.

Jørgen is a Senior IT Infrastructure Architect with over 25 years of experience in Factories, Finance, and Hosting. He has a broad knowledge of Global IT infrastructure and specializes in operational stability, scaling solutions, handling high complexity, and alignment with long-term business strategies. He is a strong partner to management, ensuring clear communication and understanding between IT, OT, and Business.

The first ProjectBinder conference in Valencia has been a great opportunity to reflect on 3 years of rapid development.

The company is now a great team of 50 people from all around the world. For the very first time, we can meet each other and we want to share it with all of you.

The colleagues from Station North in Denmark have just arrived in Spain. We visit the Enrique Mendoza wine cellar and enjoyed a didactic and entertaining guided wine tasting of its ecological wines.
